On February 1, the company successfully completed the public disclosure of the ultra-low emission full-process (organized, unorganized, and clean transportation) for steel production. From 2026 to 2030, the Group plans to invest RMB 23 billion to launch the Phase II project, building a long-process steelmaking system with an annual output of 1.35 million tons and a short-process steelmaking system with an annual output of 1 million tons, along with a new 5000mm wide and heavy plate production line, to establish a full-variety, full-specification production base for shipbuilding plates and offshore engineering steel in East China.

The company successfully passed the factory certification of eight classification societies, including China CCS, US ABS, France BV, UK LR, Japan NK, Italy RINA, South Korea KR, and Norway DNV, becoming the first medium and heavy steel plate manufacturer for shipbuilding and offshore engineering in Anhui Province to be certified by internationally mainstream classification societies, filling a provincial gap. In October, the company invested RMB 1.06 billion to construct the second phase of the dock project, adding 659 meters of Yangtze River waterfront, along with 150 mu of supporting land for warehousing and medium and heavy plate deep processing, with an annual throughput capacity of 11 million tons.

Invested RMB 3.6 billion to build the first 3500mm wide and heavy plate special steel production line in the southern Anhui region, with a designed annual output of 2.4 million tons.

Jointly invested with Spain's Savera Group to establish Tongling Xuanli Savera Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and built a high-speed elevator guide rail profile steel production line.

In October, successfully selected as a "Green Factory" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. A new high-strength quality steel bar production line was completed, with an annual designed output of 1.8 million tons.

The first full-process steel production line was completed and put into operation.

Invested RMB 430 million to build a main channel wharf on the Yangtze River, with a shoreline length of 453 meters and an annual throughput of over 5 million tons.

Tongling Xuanli Special Steel Co., Ltd. was established.
